i spent a long time on line researching shutters for a consvervatory and the best sites all had areas to ask questions of the seller, some of them had live links, i found these really helpful. I never worry about giving out credit card details on line as long as the site is using a secure server, as you can just as easily go onto a petrol station and have your card copied!

I bought some curtains online four months ago and have spent the last two months dealing with fraud. It was mentioned earlier, make sure you are careful and watch which cards you use. I didn’t follow my own advice and had to cancel two of my longest and oldest cards which royally messes up my credit reports.

my only fear of buying stuff like this online is having it look different in real life. like i almost have to see it in person to know whether or not it will work.

There are some excelent points in this article. At the very least, any wise consumer should use the Internet for reasearch. I agree, any good shutter web site is designed first to inform constumers. There are various styles, materials, colors, configurations and prices. Two sites that offere excelent information without the pressure to purchase are Horizon Interior Shutters and ShutterLand Indoor Shutters.

Something else to consider when buying window shutters - make sure the sites you are shopping on have privacy policies. Also make sure they are secure sites if you are going to do any transacting online for window shutters.

I always use a single credit card for online transactions making it easier to keep track of potential problems.
